To obtain the Project plans and specifications, please review the Notice to Contractors document below and click on the link found under paragraph (1)b. All Contractors are required to complete the Plan Holders Affidavit prior to accessing the project documents.
If you have specific questions related to the project, please submit your RFI's in writing to DPW_middlefieldrdproject@smcgov.org, mraman@smcgov.org and cchoi@smcgov.org. The County has extended the deadline to receive RFI requests. All RFI requests were due by December 11, 2020. The County will NOT accept RFI's after December 11, 2020. County will provide responses within five (5) working days. The County anticipates releasing responses to RFI's no later than December 23, 2020.
Bid Opening has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 2:30PM. See Addendum No. 4 below for details. As a reminder, please submit all receipt of addendums to the County.
