The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Nov 5–6. Campfires are not be permitted, nor are BBQs at drop-in picnic sites. Some parks will be closed while others may have closed trails or areas.
On Nov 5 & 6, as a safety precaution due to a Red Flag Warning of high fire danger, visitors to Junipero Serra Park are restricted from having campfires or using BBQs in drop-in picnic areas.
On November 5 & 6, as a safety precaution due to a Red Flag Warning of high fire danger, campfires are not permitted in San Pedro Valley Park. In reserved sites BBQs are restricted to charcoal only—no wood fires.

On Nov 5 & 6, as a safety precaution due to a Red Flag Warning of high fire danger, BBQs are not permitted in the drop-in picnic area of Edgewood Park.
On Nov 5 & 6, as a safety precaution due to a Red Flag Warning of high fire danger, visitors to Huddart Park are restricted from having campfires or using BBQs in drop-in picnic areas.
Quarry Park will be closed November 5 & 6 in response to a Red Flag Warning issued by the National Weather Service.
